Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Asuoo services and the VPS subscriptions sold on asuoo.com.

1. Provider

Asuoo is operated by a French auto-entrepreneur: 6A Rue Laplace, 71420 Ciry-le-Noble, France. SIRET: pending.

2. Service Overview

Asuoo provides subscription-based virtual private servers (VPS). Access is typically immediate after payment, subject to the time needed to clone and provision your VPS.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the VPS service for:

  • Crypto mining, blockchain validation, or any crypto-related workload.
  • Illegal content or activity under EU law, including malware, fraud, or infringement.
  • Abuse, scanning, DDoS, spam, or any activity that degrades the network or other users.
  • Reselling or offering hosting services to third parties without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate service for violations and remove content or delete VPS instances.

5. Orders, Provisioning, and Access

VPS provisioning depends on available capacity and infrastructure. We may delay or refuse an order if needed for security or operational reasons. Hostname and root password are generated automatically and sent by email after provisioning.

6. Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing and invoices are handled by Stripe. You can cancel from the Stripe Billing Portal. Charges are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

7. No Right of Withdrawal for Immediate Digital Service

By purchasing a VPS with immediate access, you expressly request that we start providing the service right away and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once service begins, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You confirm this via the required checkbox before purchase.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for unused time, partial months, or cancellations, except as explicitly stated there.

9. Support

Support is provided via support@asuoo.com or the ticket system at https://help.asuoo.com. Response times are best-effort.

10. Data and Privacy

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you host on your VPS, including backups and compliance.

11. Service Changes and Maintenance

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and perform maintenance as needed. We do not provide a formal SLA unless agreed in writing.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, or violation of these Terms. We may delete VPS instances after termination. You may cancel at any time in the Stripe Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
