This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Asuoo VPS subscriptions.

By purchasing a VPS with immediate access, you expressly request that we start providing the service right away and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once service begins, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You confirm this via the required checkbox before purchase.
Except as described below, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused time, or cancellations.
If your VPS is unavailable due to our infrastructure for extended periods, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the duration of verified downtime within the affected billing period.
Downtime excludes scheduled maintenance, issues caused by your configuration, or events outside our reasonable control.
If you are charged more than once for the same period, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
If we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or prohibited use, no refund will be issued. We may suspend the account, delete the VPS, and ban the user.
Refunds for technical errors are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the impact on your service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, refunds are your sole and exclusive remedy for service issues covered by this policy.
